Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar
In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Flavor the mixture
Add:
- mastic
- mahlepi
- orange blossom water or cognac
- orange zest
- Add milk and flour
Pour in the milk and gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder until a soft dough forms.
